I had state farm a while ago with a completely different agent, but for some reason Conner has been calling me back to back for over a week despite multiple declined calls, and me not returning his calls. I will literally decline the call and he immediately calls back over and over. The pushiness and entitlement to my time when we have no business relationship at all is insane. If I ever was considering coming back to state farm, I definitely won't now."

"This is my first time owning a home and the lady who answers the phone all the time is JENNIFER. I have to say that she is a original one, I call often when I need answers about my policy or in this case my roof, now again this my first time going through this issue but Mrs. Jennifer gave me contact information for roofers and was there to let me know my options,what I could do and also listen to other concerns i had that nothing to do with insurance. She never act like I'm getting on her nerves, not one attitude, nothing but patience and before I hang up she always extends herself in case of any questions or concerns for me to contact her.
