"Not very happy with the agent Caleb at this location.. I specifically told him exactly what I needed and was quoted incorrectly. I requested a quote for full coverage and received a quote for liability only. I also informed him prior to getting the quotes I need this correct due to my up coming renewal with GEICO. I am not happy and I’m shopping around at the last minute for quotes. Just ridiculous."

"Made the switch from Progressive BACK to State Farm and it feels good to be “home”. Hutch was such a southern gentleman. He was very patient with me as I asked all the questions and he was diligent about making sure all of my information was correct before I signed anything. It felt like I was being helped by my buddy. "Words can't express my gratitude to Caleb for his support. Over the last two months, he checked in on us through phone calls and texts providing updates on discounts and next steps. He was persistent but patient. Upon calling him, he had located several discounts and was able to provide vehicle coverage with features my previous insurance company did not include as well as life insurance policy saving at least $120 a month. More importantly, Caleb spoke to me about my family and life as well as his. That personal touch is what sealed the deal!"

"My overall experience with Hutch Swafford with state farm is wonderful!! Hutch treated me with care and kindness. I love how he patiently answered all my questions and listen to my concerns. Because of a rate increase Hutch looked into my account to see where I could save money to lower my car insurance rate. He did it! My defensive driving certificate expired over 6 years ago. This course will provide a discount for 3 years and then I can renew it for 3 more years by taking the course again. The best part is that this course is free!! (Hutch, you rock). If you are reading this review I recommend Hutch Swafford with all your insurance needs ( home, life and car), you will not be disappointed and you will receive the quality service that you deserve!!"

"Marcus has some of the best customer service qualities you could look for. He was tentative in finding the best possible discounts, he was polite and well spoken. "Although this was my first insurance experience, as a former employee, I regret to inform you that it was also one of my worst insurance experiences. I wish I could write a glowing recommendation. From my requests for address corrections that were never fulfilled to the payments that were used for canceled policies, they ultimately caused the cancellation of my renters policy on my account. My bill increased dramatically because I was not informed of it, and the "agent" suggested that I pay additional money to restore the status of my renters. Even though I don't dislike Statefarm as a business, this is the worst insurance agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Side note since i have a better look into the office than most customers i would recommend any other agent possible.(As of 01-24-2024 the problem has not been resolved regardless of what Conner Minesinger would like you to believe. I am still being told to pay more because a discount that was removed due to the offices error. Just so you guys can understand I am being told to pay $45 dollars more and “theres nothing that can be done”.. Also the so called agency owner also tried to bribe me with a gift card to resolve the issue which is just disrespectful. If you want to go with State Farm please do but PLEASE FIND ANY OTHER OFFICE."

"Hutch is literally the best! Detail-oriented, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. 10/10 customer service! He makes me happy to be a part of the State Farm family! 11/30/23 Just kidding! Do not go to State Farm if you have a Kia. They will take your money. Turn around and remove your car insurance without notification and leave you hanging. K bye! =)"
